What are our Internet Sales Conditions?
In regard to internet sales, we firmly require that any distributor selling on the internet follow our MAP pricing which is available upon request. Additionally, no one is authorized to sell Badash products on Amazon without express written consent of Badash. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. This policy is in place to protect all those who distribute Badash products.
Is a line or cord in crystal a flaw?
No. A line or cord is not considered a flaw. This almost invisible difference in the density of the crystal occurs during the fusing of molten crystal. Although visible when it reflects light, the cord disappears when a goblet or vase is filled with water.
Does a seed or bubble in crystal constitute a flaw?
Tiny bubbles the size of a pin point sometimes form in the fusing or melting process and do not affect the quality of the piece. Such slight variations are natural results of handcrafting. In particular Artistic Glass pieces tend to have much more bubbles as when the colored glass is mixed, it is natural and unavoidable for these small air bubbles to appear.
What’s the difference between the way products look online and offline?
How our crystal appears online has a lot to do with your monitor resolution. To aid in your visualization of the product, we strive to provide you with good quality images, large photographs and the ability to zoom in on photographs online. Rest assured that when our product arrives it will always measure up to our company’s stringent quality standards.
Is it safe to order on your website?
Yes, your information is secure at our website. We take extra steps to keep your financial information private and safe. All transactions occur in a secure area of our site so that you can buy online with confidence. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving information to process your orders.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Save 7-10% in sales tax when you shop online with Badash except when shipping to New York where we are required by law to collect sales tax. All taxes are calculated and included in the final price communicated at the end of your order. Jack Badash Inc. is required by law to declare an accurate value on all shipments.
How do I cancel or change an order?
If for any reason you need to cancel or change an order after submitting it, please call our Customer Service Specialists at 631-242-9101. Keep in mind, if your order has already been processed (i.e. packed and shipped), it may be too late to cancel or change the shipment. However, you can return the order once it is received. In the event you refuse an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping charges related to that order.
Where can I see what I’ve ordered in the past?
Registered members can view their Order History through the “My Account” section. Unregistered customers who checkout as a guest cannot see their order histories. Unregistered customers (i.e. customers who checkout as a “Guest”) may contact our Customer Service Specialists for tracking details.

Does your website have a bridal registry?
Our website does not offer registry services but we do have a Wish List. You can save your favorite items and share them with friends and family through email or social networks.
Do you provide international shipping?
We do ship internationally, however significant shipping, duties, and customs fees may apply. Please contact our Customer Care Department at 631-242-9101 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to place orders you wish to have shipped outside of the United States.
What kind of browser do I need to make purchases at Badash?
To make purchases online from this site, you must have an SSL-enabled browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Chrome. We test our site on new versions of browsers and do our best to offer the best experience on the latest versions of all browsers and all platforms.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
When is my credit card charged?
We do not charge your credit/debit card until we ship your merchandise. However, we do request an authorization of funds at the time you submit your order. This authorization tells us there are funds available in your credit/debit account and may impact the availability of these funds for other purchases. If there are multiple items in your order and they ship at different times (due to item availability, etc.), this may result in more than one transaction posting to your credit/debit account; the sum of these transactions will not exceed the total amount confirmed for your order.
How do I change my password?
Click My Account in the top navigation. You will be taken to the Account sign-in page. Locate the “Forgot your Password” link and click on it. You will be emailed a link to change your password. If you are already signed-in, click on My Account. In the left navigation, click on Edit Info. You can then change your personal information, email interests and password.

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. Customer Care hours are Mon–Friday, 9 am – 5 pm EST. We will remove your email address promptly. If you wish us to remove your mailing address as well, please include the address in the body of your email. All our marketing emails also contain a “manage preferences” and an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Please note, when you make a purchase, we will send you emails to confirm your order and its shipment. We may also need to contact you via phone or email, if we have questions regarding your order.
What if my purchase needs to arrive for a special occasion, like Mother’s Day or Christmas?
If you require delivery by a certain date, simply let us know when you are placing the order in the notes field.
Why are there differences in the sizes of the same item?
Part of the allure of handmade pieces is that no two are identical. Many of our pieces are free blown or hand-thrown, so the sizes will not be exact. Therefore, the measurements given for all glass pieces and pottery designs are approximate.
