Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS
- Orders must ship to a single address located in the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, or Washington, D.C (If you wish to ship to more than one address, please contact Customer Service.)
- Orders can not be shipped to multiple addresses, PO BOX, APO or FPO addresses.
- For some orders, UPS may require a Signature upon delivery.
- Depending on the size of your order, your order may be shipped to you in multiple cartons
SHIPPING ERRORS & DISPUTES
- It is the responsiblity of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during the time of purchase. In the event a customer enters and confirms an order with the wrong shipping address and fails to notify Badash before order is packaged and shipped, the customer will be held responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the incorrectly shipped order and/or shipping costs related to shipping a new order (if required) to the correct address.
- We use reliable delivery services that offer sophisticated tracking systems to monitor the status and confirm the delivery of all shipments. Once an order leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for delivering the order lies with the delivery service. Accordingly, in the event a customer claims an order was not received, the tracking information, along with any delivery confirmation, in the delivery service’s tracking system will serve as the proof of delivery.
All Items in stock at our New York warehouse are typically processed for shipment within two to three business days of our order. Though, weather events may cause delays in delivery. All expedited shipments will be shipped the following day.
If an item is listed as backordered, it is still in the process of being completed by skilled craftsmen and will ship when available, which can range from several weeks to several months, depending on the product.
All badashcrystal.com orders are shipped via UPS, which offers standard delivery service Monday through Friday. If you would like to schedule a Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service department prior to placing your order.
For destinations in the United States and Puerto Rico, Badash offers three shipping options:
Standard Ground (5-7 Day)
Expedited Shipping (based on zip code and weight).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a full refund for all purchases made online at Badashcrystal.com for up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Kindly include documentation in your return package referring to your order number so we can apply credit accordingly.
A merchandise credit will be issued for returns made after 45 days. All returns must be in resalable condition and in original packaging.
Applicable refunds apply to merchandise only (not shipping or gift wrap).
Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged at your local Badash retailer.
Items purchase at Badash retailers must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased.
After the item has been received and inspected by Badash, the refund or exchange is typically processed within 10 days.
Refunds for items purchased at Badashcrystal.com will be issued in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the item.
If the original form of payment is unavailable for credit, a check for the refund amount will be issued to the purchaser.
We only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
IMPORTANT: For your protection, we recommend that when shipping products back to us you use a recorded delivery service — a service that provides a tracking number (i.e. UPS, DHL, FedEx). Except in instances where the item delivered was in error or was faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the expense of returning the goods to us. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. Additionally, we cannot provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
In the case of returning “bonus” products (i.e. free gifts, a gift with purchase, bonuses, etc…), refunds or credits will only be issued for the value charged (if any) for the item on the original order. For example: If you received a free product with a $50 order, returning the free product alone will not result in any credit. Similarly, if a purchased product that included any “bonus” products is returned, the bonus products must also be returned in order to receive a credit for the purchased product.
